Geography Teacher - Rugby

About the role:

Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking a full-time Geography Teacher to work with one of our partner secondary schools in the Rugby area, starting from September 2026. This role will be on a long-term basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The school is a ‘Good’ Ofsted school which was achieved in 2023 across all areas of the school. The school have an already outstanding Humanities department and they are looking to add to this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Geography across both KS3/KS4, including full classroom responsibilities
• Manage classroom behaviour following the schools policy
• Work with a mixture of abilities, including students with SEND

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Geography to GCSE level
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
