Associate Deductions Analyst<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Land O'Lakes is hiring an Associate Deduction Analyst to join our Dairy Foods deductions team.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (Hybrid work arrangement each week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Key responsibilities will include:</span></u></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Collect invalid deductions by contacting our customers via phone, email, and customer portals. </span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Maintain a positive and profitable customer relationship while adhering to deductions policies. </span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Lead and hold brokers and internal sales teams accountable while partnering with them to collect or resolve unjustified deductions. </span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Proactively focus on reducing or eliminating future invalid deductions. </span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Develop and distribute deduction reports utilizing Excel and Power BI and analyze trends.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Prepare for and present to internal deduction council meetings.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Attend and participate in external industry group meetings.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Occasional travel (up to 1-2 times/year).</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Education/Experience Required</span></u></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Bachelor's degree along with up to 1-2 years previous work experience; r<span>elated experience in lieu of degree may be considered.</span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Excel experience with capacity to analyze and improve reporting data.<span> </span>PowerBI desired.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Competencies/Skills:</span></u></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Strong people skills and the ability to negotiate with all levels of employees in our customers’ organizations, as well as within the Land O’Lakes organization.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Excellent interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Strong organizational skills dealing with large volumes of deductions, prioritizing deadlines, and making decisions involving significant dollars</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Ability to enforce corporate goals and guidelines while maintaining customer relations.</span></p><p><b><u><span><span> </span></span></u></b></p><p><b><u><span><span> </span></span></u></b></p><p><span>$61,360-$92,040.<span> </span>In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges. </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About Land O'Lakes, Inc.</b></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
