The improvements include a brand new heart catheterization lab for minimally invasive procedures, increased imaging options including nuclear medicine, added emergency and trauma services and improvements to operating room capabilities. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.</p><h4>Essential Functions of the Role</h4><ul><li>As an RN, conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs. Create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.</li><li>Building relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.</li><li>Creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.</li><li>You will help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members. Empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Assess and document learning needs regularly.</li><li>Work with colleagues and community to create a care plan. Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.</li><li>You'll use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff. Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.</li><li>Achieve goals through teamwork, recognize contributions, commit to growth.
