This position involves coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding processes, event logistics, and employee engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will also serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure a cohesive experience for candidates and new hires, promoting a positive company culture and job-specific fit.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct recruitment activities, including managing interview schedules, coordinating communication with candidates, and assisting with assessments and document uploads.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Provide administrative support to recruiters and assist in planning and coordinating company events.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare materials and manage logistics for recruiting events, including packing, shipping, and coordinating FedEx pick-ups.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee swag inventory, ensuring timely reordering of promotional items.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Manage the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with reporting metrics.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare for new hires’ orientation, including setting up logins, notifying departments, ordering equipment, and addressing new hire inquiries.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct new hire orientation sessions on a bi-weekly basis.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Manage the onboarding process, ensuring the completion and proper processing of all necessary paperwork, including background checks and I-9s.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain HR records in compliance with relevant state and federal laws (e.g., OSHA, I-9, medical files), ensuring confidentiality.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Support the development and implementation of Global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, including policy and procedure updates and HRIS improvements.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Perform other duties as assigned by management.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably with a comprehensive understanding of the field.
