<strong>Design Manager Construction |Luxury Fit-Out | Super Prime London Residences</strong> We are seeking an <strong>experienced Design Manager from a contracting background</strong> to act as the lead on a flagship high-end residential development in London, acting on behalf of a long-established luxury fit-out contractor, who has reputation for excellence and innovation. In this role, you will be the link pin between the design and operational interface on a live project, ensuring all design information is fully coordinated and compliant with client requirements, programme timelines and budgets. <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <ul> <li>Manage internal design team, consultants and subcontractors to meet programme and budget requirements.</li> <li>Chair design meetings, monitor approvals and oversee RFIs.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Building Regulations, CDM, and project standards.</li> <li>Provide technical solutions to design and buildability challenges.</li> <li>Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication, providing regular updates.</li> </ul> <strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong> <ul> <li>Ideally a qualification in a construction related field, construction management or design.</li> <li>Proven experience in design management on luxury construction or fit-out projects.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of 2D/3D design, BIM processes and design coordination.</li> </ul> If you are a <strong>design-focused professional</strong> ready to take ownership of high-profile London projects, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
