About the Role
Behaviour Support Assistant – Aldershot
We are working with a specialist provision in Aldershot that supports pupils who require additional help with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation.
The school provides a structured and supportive environment for pupils who may have struggled in mainstream education, and they are now looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant on a long-term basis.
This role will involve:
Supporting pupils within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis
Helping manage behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
Supporting pupils to re-engage with learning
Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
The school has a strong behaviour support framework in place and offers guidance and support to all staff.
Role details:
Long-term role
Full-time or part-time available
Immediate start or May half term
£93 per day

Strong communication skills
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Up-to-date safeguarding training
