Sales Development Representatives Location: London / Hybrid 3 days per week in the office Salary: Circa £35K + Excellent bonus/commission - very achievable The Role Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech events and help build its commercial engine. This is a true hunter role - you’ll generate your own pipeline, make high-volume outbound calls, and own deals from first contact to close. What You’ll Do Drive outbound activity (phone-first) to build pipeline Target fintech, payments, and financial services prospects Convert leads into sponsorship and attendance revenue Manage your pipeline and hit monthly targets What We’re Looking For Proven cold calling experience and resilience Highly motivated by targets and commission Strong communication and a relentless mindset Interest in fintech or events What You’ll Get Competitive base + uncapped commission High visibility in a fast-growth business Clear path to a senior commercial role
