<p><b>About the Role</b></p>
<p>Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Automatic Door Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the automatic door industry.</p>
<p>Full training will be provided, with clear progression opportunities for the right candidate.</p>
<p>You will work alongside experienced Engineers, assisting with the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of automatic door systems across commercial and residential sites.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assisting Senior Engineers with installation and servicing of automatic doors.</li>
<li>Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.</li>
<li>Diagnosing and repairing faults.</li>
<li>Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards.</li>
<li>Completing service reports and documentation.</li>
<li>Providing professional and courteous customer service.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Essential Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Full UK driving licence.</li>
<li>Clear DBS check (or willing to undergo one).</li>
<li>Good practical skills and willingness to learn.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and reliability.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Desirable (but not essential):</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Background in electrical, mechanical, or engineering work.</li>
<li>Experience using hand and power tools.</li>
<li>CSCS card.</li>
</ul>
