Grab this opportunity to be a part of us and our journey!<br><br></p><p><strong>The scope of your role:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will take part in the process of designing, developing, and improving internal platform capabilities used across modern financial systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will develop and improve CI/CD processes, deployment standards, and observability solutions used in AWS cloud environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will have an impact on our engineering practices by partnering with development teams and helping them build and operate solutions in a more efficient, reliable, and production-ready way.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will support the development of platform capabilities in the areas of automation, release processes, monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will work with: AWS, GitHub Actions, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing solutions, Jira, Confluence, and Git.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will work using modern AI dev tools.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of commercial experience in platform engineering, DevOps engineer, SRE, or similar roles.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Practical experience with CI/CD scripting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid experience with observability and production monitoring.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with OpenTelemetry or similar observability tooling.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with deployment and release strategies in production environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness and interest to collaborate and work in a team.</span></p></li><li><p>Poland as country of residence and Polish citizenship or EU country citizenship</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience working with production systems that require strong security, auditability, and operational controls.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with the AWS platform.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with scripting using PowerShell 6+.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with GitHub Actions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with incident management and production support.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with monitoring, alerting, distributed tracing, and dashboards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with software engineering best practices and modern delivery standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to Agile development methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in working in regulated environments or in the financial sector.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><br>About you?</strong></p><p>You are a creative and curious person.
