With clients already signed across industries—including one of the UK’s fastest-growing challenger banks and other household names in financial services—this team is building something truly foundational.</p>
<p>Now a tight-knit team of 10 and growing, they’re hiring <strong>two Founding Full-Stack Engineers</strong> to help shape the future of how humans and AI work together.</p>
<p><strong>What they’re building</strong></p>
<p>This isn’t just another SaaS tool. They’re building the operating system for hybrid human–AI workflows—a platform that enables teams to scale by orchestrating tasks across people and AI agents.</p>
<p>You’ll be joining at the most exciting stage: full ownership, zero legacy tech, and the opportunity to architect something with real-world impact.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own full-stack delivery</strong> – Build and ship across the stack, from polished interfaces to scalable backend orchestration.</li>
<li><strong>Architect core systems</strong> – Work closely with the CTO to design infrastructure that can scale intelligently.</li>
<li><strong>Embed AI into workflows</strong> – Collaborate with the ML team to bring human-AI interaction to life.</li>
<li><strong>Drive product and tech strategy</strong> – As a founding engineer, your voice will shape roadmap, tech stack, and team culture.</li>
<li><strong>Move fast, with autonomy</strong> – You’ll take ideas from 0 to live in weeks, not months.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you bring</strong></p>
<p><strong>Front-end:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong React experience (must-have), plus exposure to another framework (Vue, Typescript, etc.)</li>
<li>Understanding of UX, responsive design, and frontend performance tuning</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Back-end:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Python (with Django and/or FastAPI)</li>
<li>Experience building and securing REST APIs</li>
<li>SQL and NoSQL databases</li>
<li>Cloud infrastructure and deployment experience (AWS, GCP, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to ML, LLMs, or agent-based systems</li>
<li>Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills across the stack</li>
<li>DevOps and CI/CD understanding</li>
<li>Startup/early-stage product delivery experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred (not essential):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related</li>
<li>Prior experience in high-ownership technical roles</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What’s on offer</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>£100,000–£120,000</strong> depending on experience</li>
<li><strong>Exceptional equity package</strong> – meaningful ownership</li>

<li><strong>Hybrid working</strong> – 2 days a week at their office by Liverpool Street (flexibility available for the right person)</li>
