By Malene Birger is currently looking for a service-minded Student Worker, with commercial

knowledge, to assist our E-Commerce Customer Care team.

The role

The Student Worker for E-Commerce Customer Care at By Malene Birger, assists with customer service and online

activities. The role requires strong understanding of clients needs coupled with commercial knowledge to maximize

trade opportunities.

A typical day involves answering customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone—helping with orders, returns, and

product inquiries while delivering a strong and exceptional brand experience. Additionally, you will support daily

tasks in the E-Commerce team, like updating product information, assisting with campaigns and CRM

communication and assist with basic performance reporting

The position is on site, and based at By Malene Birger headquarters, in Central Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities / Daily tasks

• Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints

• Handle customer inquiries via voice calls, email and chat

• Communicate with clients and assist in giving the best service and outcome possible, to ensure we are

maximizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence

• Assist with daily E-commerce operations

• Deliver reports on E-commerce performance on a weekly and monthly basis

• Assist with campaigns and email marketing, using data knowledge to ensure performance yet maintaining

brand image

Skillset and attributes

• Commercial customer-first mindset with strong understanding of premium branding

• Extremely service-minded and detail oriented

• Fluency in English – written and verbal

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

• Able to multitask with solid organizational and time management skills

• Proactive and a highly motivated team player

• Flexible working schedule, depending on campaign activities and peak periods

Starting in August 2026 we offer a flexible student role designed to fit alongside your studies, with approximately

10 hours per week. You will become part of dynamic and creative E-Commerce team where collaboration, quality,
