Senior PMO Analyst

We’re working with a leading organisation looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to join their UK & EMEA Change and Operations function. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring delivery excellence, robust governance, and clear, data-driven reporting.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, senior leaders, and the Head of PMO to monitor performance, highlight risks and dependencies, and identify opportunities for improvement across the change portfolio. You’ll help shape delivery standards, provide assurance and insight, and bring clarity to complex issues through effective analysis and communication.

This position would suit someone with solid PMO experience gained in a large corporate or financial services environment, who has a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and portfolio governance. You’ll also be experienced in some reporting and data analysis, and able to engage stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and influence.
