<p>In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for various roles, perdominantly focusing on non-tech positions, but with the opporunity to support our tech & product colleagues as well. <h2><strong>YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:</strong></h2>

<li>Running the entire recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting dynamic interviews and assessments that showcase our unique culture and values</li>
<li>Forging strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive our international recruitment efforts, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout the hiring process</li>
<li>Improving recruitment methods and processes to identify and attract the best-fit candidates for open and future positions, establishing a robust talent pipeline</li>
<li>Proactively seeking out and cultivating relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring a steady stream of talent for current and upcoming roles</li>
<li>Facilitating seamless job offer processes</li>
<li>Delivering clear communication and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a 5-star experience</li>
<li>Championing our brand identity throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every candidate gains a deep understanding and appreciation of our mission and values.</li>

<h2><strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting, either in-house or an agency </li>
<li>Confidence in networking; ability to build relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organizations </li>
<li>Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools</li>
<li>Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment </li>
<li>Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial </li>
<li>Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus</li>
