Solicitor – Leasehold Enfranchisement

A Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked City law firm is seeking a Solicitor with 2–3 PQE to join its specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement team based in its South West London office. The Role Working within a dedicated team handling a varied caseload with appropriate support, you will work on a range of Leasehold Enfranchisement matters including: Lease extension cases Collective enfranchisement matters Right to manage claims General leasehold ownership and advisory work. The Candidate Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2–3 years’ PQE with experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement work. You should be confident managing matters with some supervision (DOE) where required and keen to develop within a specialist team. Why Apply?
