About the Role
<p><b><span>Atlantic Coast Recycling </span></b>is looking for a<span> </span><i>safety conscious<span> </span></i><b>Industrial Mechanic</b><span> </span>to join the team at our recycling plant in<span> </span><b>Lakewood, NJ. <span> </span></b></p><p></p><p><b>Hourly Rate: </b></p><p><u><b>Class A Mechanic-$35/hr</b></u></p><p><u><b>Class C Mechanic-$22-$26/hr</b></u></p><p><b>Schedule</b>: Monday-Thursday (4 10's+)</p><p><b>Shift</b>:9:30p-7A</p><p></p><p>Typical job duties include:</p><ul><li><p>Performs inspections, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, air, and hydraulic systems on MVR equipment such as conveyors, paper and cardboard screen, ballistic screen, optical screen, balers, and others.</p></li><li><p>Will power wash heavy equipment during routine preventative maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Complete required paperwork utilizing equipment maintenance software program.</p></li><li><p>Reviews and completes repairs identified on Daily Inspection Reports.</p></li><li><p>Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Performs services calls for emergency breakdowns that may take place in the MRF.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What We Offer –</u></b></p><p>Family benefits, 401k, paid time off, and a great management team. </p><p>Garbage is very stable and we work year round.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Job Requirements –</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience on Industrial Machinery</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Apply today</b></i><span> </span><b>and Connect with Your Future!</b></p><p></p><p>Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
