The VP, Finance, On-Demand BU is the senior financial leader responsible for supporting the President, On Demand BU to drive profitable growth, forecast accuracy, and disciplined execution. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the BU leadership and revenue leadership team while ensuring alignment with enterprise financial objectives and governance.
The role owns revenue forecasting, sales performance analytics, quota and incentive economics, pricing and deal support, and financial rigor across the sales organization.
Base pay range for this role is $160,800- $201,000

What You Will Work On
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership with Sales and Business Unit Leadership
Act as the primary finance partner to the President of On-Demand BU
Provide financial insight to sales strategy, coverage models, and go-to-market execution
Translate revenue growth strategies into financially sound plans and targets
Serve as a key bridge between Sales, Finance, Business Unit leaders and other enterprise functions
Planning & Forecasting
Own revenue and resource planning, forecasting, and pipeline analytics across regions and through collaboration with other Business Units and Corporate Finance
Drive forecast accuracy, cadence, and accountability through standardized processes and tools
Partner with the Head of Sales and CFO and align pipeline metrics with financial outcomes, partner with sales leaders to drive pipeline hygiene
Communicate risks, opportunities, and outlook to the CFO and executive leadership
Sales Performance & Economics
Lead financial analysis of sales productivity, capacity, attainment, and coverage models
Evaluate ROI of sales investments, headcount, and incentive structures
Develop insights on key sales metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and margins
Support territory design, account segmentation, and resource allocation decisions
Pricing, Deal Economics & Incentives
Provide financial guidance on pricing strategies, discounting, and deal structures
Partner on approval of large or non-standard deals to ensure profitability and risk management
Partner with Corporate finance and HR/Compensation on financial modeling and governance of sales incentive compensation plans
Ensure incentives drive desired behaviors while maintaining cost discipline
Financial Governance & Controls
Ensure revenue-related financial processes comply with internal controls
Partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, on contract and deal reviews, as needed
Support audit, reporting, and SOX requirements related to revenue and sales incentives
What You Will Bring
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior commercial or sales finance roles, preferably in the consulting or human capital industry
Deep experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or Go-to-Market organizations
Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, incentive compensation, and pricing economics in consulting organizations
Proven ability to influence executive leaders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience with Salesforce pipelines and dashboards
