About the Role
<p></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="cs4306042E">Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis. </span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76"> </span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76">The duties will include regular client contact working closely with partners and associates in the team, along with the following:</span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76"> </span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li class="cs15B7AE4B"><span class="csC8F6D76">Performing research</span></li><li class="cs15B7AE4B"><span class="csC8F6D76">Co-ordinating regulatory filing materials </span></li><li class="cs15B7AE4B"><span class="csC8F6D76">Other trainee and junior associate level tasks</span></li></ul><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76"> </span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76">The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience ideally within a regulatory, fund structuring or fund deal execution team.</span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76"> </span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="cs4306042E">The firm operates hybrid working and offers great benefits, including a competitive base salary and paid overtime!</span></p><p class="csAD7A2888"><span class="csC8F6D76">If you are suitable and interested, please apply now. </span><span class="csC8F6D76">Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
