Italian speaking Customer Service & Sales AdvisorLocation: IlkestonSalary: £26,000 – £28,000 DOEContract: Permanent, Full-TimeWorking Pattern: Office-BasedOur client is looking for a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, providing outstanding service and identifying sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Working as part of a friendly office-based team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting customers throughout their journey while ensuring a high standard of service at every touchpoint. The role combines customer service, administration and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload.The RoleKey responsibilities include: Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chatMaking outbound calls to customers where requiredProcessing orders, invoices, proformas and credit notes accuratelyUpdating customer records and internal systemsCoordinating courier bookings and shipment documentationIdentifying opportunities to upsell products and servicesProviding accurate product and service informationWorking closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficientlyDelivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to resolution About You Fluent in both Italian and EnglishPrevious experience within customer service, sales support or a similar customer-facing roleConfident communicating over the phone and via emailStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailComfortable multitasking in a busy office environmentGood IT skills and confidence using CRM or customer management systemsA proactive, positive approach with excellent communication skillsPrevious sales or upselling experience would be advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to join a growing business where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career.
