Keep reading: The Role Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. This position will support the Program Office by integrating administrative efforts across all Programs. Responsibilities include data collection and reporting, developing presentations and documentation and serving as the focal point for alignment, training, and communication across the organization. Must Have Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, plus a minimum of 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience. Nice to Have Project or Programs Management relevant experience.  Experience developing statements of work and recurring metrics for monitoring progress.
