Employed model

As an employee you would be entitled to all the employee benefits included within the role such as, annual leave (paid holiday), GDC membership, medical indemnity and laboratory bills covered. You receive a salary, think of it as a guaranteed income every month, you can increase your earnings through private treatments where you earn 40% as we have already covered the lab bills. As an employee you accrue length of services and employment rights.

There is no right or wrong answer with regards to the type of engagement you choose to join mydentist. The decision you make at the very beginning of your career with mydentist is something you can revisit when your circumstances or preferences change.
