Performance Marketing & Customer Analytics

To support our Performance Marketing team we are searching for a (Junior) Online Marketing Manager - Display and Paid Social (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Social and Display campaigns to meet performance goals Own the relationship with vendors such as Meta, Criteo, Google and other platforms Analyze performance data, create actionable insights, and prepare regular reports Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment Actively test new creatives, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and new ad tech opportunities Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and ROI WHO YOU ARE 2-3 full years of hands-on experience in Paid Social and Display (Junior to Mid-level) Proficiency in performance reporting and optimization using Excel and Power BI Proven ability to manage multiple cross-region campaigns simultaneously with a focus on results Strong knowledge of Merchant Centers (Meta, Google) and feed management tools like Productsup Familiarity with campaign automation platforms such as Smartly.io, Sprinklr, or Hunch Must be able to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and manage vendor relationships effectively A genuine passion for high-end luxury fashion and fluency in English WHAT WE OFFER Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting) 10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting) Language & e-learning courses Staff discount of up to 30% Company pension scheme Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Discounted travel card Access to LinkedIn Learning Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life) Social Day Employee Share Purchase Plan
