Job Title: LPN/LVN Critical Care Step Down (CCSD)

Location: Auburn, NY

Pay: $1,636.56 per week

Shifts: 3x12s, including every other weekend and holiday

Seven Healthcare are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/LVN to join a dedicated Critical Care Step Down team in Auburn, NY. This travel contract role requires a professional with at least 1-2 years of recent experience in a progressive care/step-down setting. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment that demands strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN Critical Care Step Down (CCSD)

• Provide care for progressive care/step-down patients
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and continuous monitoring
• Care for patients with high-flow oxygen, BiPAP/CPAP
• Post-procedural cardiac and vascular monitoring
• Conduct frequent patient assessments
• Float to similar acuity units as needed

Requirements of the LPN/LVN Critical Care Step Down (CCSD)

• 1-2 years of recent Critical Care Step Down/PCU experience required; first-timers accepted with 3+ years of experience
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Active LPN license at the time of submission
