About the role:
Justteachers is recruiting a SEND Classroom Support Assistant for a welcoming specialist school in Milton Keynes. This full-time role commences in September 2026 and is expected to continue until May 2027. You will work alongside teaching staff to provide high-quality support for pupils with a range of complex learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist pupils during classroom activities</li>
<li>Support personal development and independence</li>
<li>Adapt learning resources where appropriate</li>
<li>Encourage positive participation</li>
<li>Provide feedback to teaching staff</li>

 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting children with additional needs</li>
<li>Positive and caring attitude</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one</li>
<li>Two references within the last two years from a related field</li>
</ul>
