About the Role
Position:
Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth
Facilitating communication and collaboration between technical, marketing, and sales teams
Managing and optimizing the website to ensure a positive user experience, including providing recommendations for new features and functionalities
Applying a data-driven approach to evaluate consumer behavior within the digital environment and recommending solutions that address consumer needs while contributing to overall business growth
Requirements:
Min. 4 years of experience in e-commerce or UX related roles preferably in highly regulated segments
Fluent English
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify etc.)
Ability to turn complex technical things into simple language
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
