As a Junior Client Service Officer, you will be working for our client, a leading global bank committed to delivering excellence in financial solutions. In this role, you will support the processing of client transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across a broad range of banking products. Your main responsibilities:
Process all client-related transactions promptly and accurately across internal systems, including payment requests and trade execution.
Collaborate effectively with client teams and internal partners to address transaction inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal policies, AML, and other control procedures at all times.
Monitor transactions for potential illegal or improper activity, escalating concerns as appropriate.
Maintain clear and professional communication with associates across banking functions to support smooth transaction processing.
Stay updated on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure highest standards of service and compliance.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
1+ years of relevant experience in banking, middle office, payments, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills with close attention to detail.
Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Polish is required.
Knowledge of banking, investments, or credit products is a plus.
University degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
