The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless and personalised patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and supporting them throughout their visit
Assisting with frame styling and lens recommendations
Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Handling enquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks
Maintaining the high presentation standards the practice is known for
About You
This role would suit someone who:
Has previous experience working as an Optical Assistant
