<p><b>The Role</b></p>
<p>We are looking for a driven, analytical, and highly organised <b>Paid Media Executive</b> to join our team. This is a pivotal role in which you will have full ownership of performance and profitability across a diverse portfolio of clients. This hands-on role is perfect for a results-driven agency professional with 1<b>+ years of experience</b> who thrives on scaling performance and delivering measurable profitability for e-commerce and lead gen brands.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and optimise a portfolio of Google and Bing Ads accounts across e-commerce and lead gen, with full ownership of performance and profitability.</li>
<li>Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Display.</li>
<li>Support the continuous optimisation of PPC campaigns, refining account structures, targeting, bidding, and creative assets for maximum efficiency.</li>
<li>Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media channels.</li>
<li>Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Track and analyse social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.</li>
<li>Work closely with clients to plan monthly marketing activities and be the client's primary point of contact for all allocated accounts.</li>
<li>Coordinate activities with other departments and our partners.</li>
<li>Produce Monthly Reports and Analysis for all client accounts.</li>
<li>Support sales in preparing marketing audits and proposals.</li>
<li>Ability to set up and manage analytics and tracking tools.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in digital marketing for an agency.</li>
<li>A minimum of one to two years of experience in managing client Google Ads campaigns.</li>
<li>A minimum of one year of experience managing clients' Paid Social campaigns.</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.</li>
<li>A motivated self-starter with a passion for digital marketing.</li>
<li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to follow core business processes.</li>
<li>This is a full-time office-based role</li>

<p><b>Salary, Benefits & Compensation</b></p>
<ul>
<li>£25,000 – £35,000 per annum (Dependent on experience).</li>
<li>37.5-hour working week, 22 days annual leave per year + bank holidays.</li>
<li>Agency-wide quarterly bonus scheme.</li>
