You'll be responsible for: Running the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef's absence Leading, motivating and training the kitchen team Preparing and delivering high quality fresh food to exceptional standards Supporting seasonal menu development and recipe costing Managing stock control, ordering and reducing waste Maintaining food safety, hygiene and compliance standards Coaching and developing junior chefs Ensuring consistency, quality and excellent service during every shift What we're looking for: Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen Passion for cooking with quality seasonal ingredients A positive and supportive leadership style Excellent organisational and communication skills High standards of food quality, cleanliness and presentation A genuine desire to learn, develop and help others succeed What's in it for you?
