About the Role
You will be working as an Onsite Engineer for Wavex at a dedicated client site based in Battersea providing face to face technical support. The working hours are Monday ā Friday (09:00am ā 5:30pm)

Required experience:
Administering Office 365 (configuring mailboxes, distribution groups, calendar permissions etc)
Administering Active Directory (Creating new users, processing leavers, resetting passwords etc.)
Supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11.
Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and its core applications
Experience with hardware and resolving ad-hoc break-fix issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
Working within an ITIL aligned environment.
Support users with mobile phone configuration and usage.
Experience with printers and scanners.
Desired experience:
AV (video conferencing) support, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.
Administering Azure AD and Intune / MDM.
Administering Microsoft Server 2012/16/19/22, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group policy.
Troubleshooting networking issues across Routers, Firewalls, Switches and Wireless Access Points.
