- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, with a focus on Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Recruiting Management.
- Analyze, design, and optimize talent management workflows, including performance appraisals and career development processes, using SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
- Implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, including applicant tracking and learning platforms.
- Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
- Act as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support system upgrades and provide technical support to end users.
- Implement and utilize the Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder (JPB) for skills management and job architecture.
- Strong hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules.
- Good understanding of talent management processes, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
- SAP SuccessFactors Consultant certification (e.g., Recruiting, Succession, or Learning) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and user training.
