About the Role
MAK Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our established client, a leading fulfilment provider specialising in premium e-commerce order processing for high-profile brands.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, well-maintained facility supporting high-quality e-commerce operations for prestigious brands.
Location:Leamington Spa
Hourly Rate:
£12.30 per hour
Overtime: £18.45 per hour (rate increases after 12 weeks)
Working Hours:
Monday and Tuesday, 08:00 – 17:00 (including a 1-hour unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a hand scanner.
• Adhere to detailed picking instructions and packing guidelines to ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on items throughout the picking and packing process.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Undertake any additional general warehouse and housekeeping duties as required.
Requirements
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or similar roles.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
