<strong>Job Title:</strong> HR Administrator<br><strong>Location:</strong> Worcester<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Permanent<br><strong>Salary:</strong> £35,000 per annum<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday<br><strong>Overview:</strong><br>We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR function. This role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes while delivering a professional and confidential service to employees across the organisation.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations</li><li>Support the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new starters</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation</li><li>Manage employee lifecycle processes including starters, leavers, and internal changes</li><li>Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support</li><li>Assist with payroll preparation by collating and verifying employee data</li><li>Monitor and record employee attendance, sickness, and annual leave</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal processes</li><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated where necessary</li><li>Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance requirements</li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Previous experience in an HR administrative role</li><li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Good knowledge of HR processes and employment practices</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion</li></ul><strong>Desirable:</strong><br><ul><li>CIPD qualification or working towards</li><li>Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes</li></ul><strong>What We Offer:</strong><br><ul><li>Competitive salary of £35,000</li><li>Stable, permanent position</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment</li><li>Opportunities for development and progression</li></ul><strong>How to Apply:</strong><br>Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
