Family-Centered Clinician Location: Springfield, MA Population: Ages 3–21 Schedule: Monday–Friday, day and after-school/evening hours Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 New Graduates Welcome Compensation: Salaries begin at $68,000 for unlicensed clinicians, licensed $75,000, plus $6,000 sign-on and monthly bonus incentives.
