Senior Product Owner - Application Delivery & User Experience Contract to Hire We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join a leading Life Insurance organisation within the Infrastructure & Operations Product team. This role will take ownership of the end-user device experience across the business, focusing on performance, compliance, and consistency across Windows and Mac environments. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the roadmap for User Device Management Manage and prioritise product backlog and delivery activities Oversee endpoint management technologies including Intune, SCCM, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tooling Support policy configuration, driver management, and BIOS management initiatives Partner with Engineering, HR, InfoSec, and wider business stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions Lead ongoing optimisation of the Windows environment and support future Mac rollout planning Experience Required Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner within end-user computing or device management environments Strong knowledge of Windows device management and endpoint tooling Experience with Intune, SCCM, policy management, and device performance monitoring Ability to translate business and user needs into clear delivery priorities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
