In this role, you will actively contribute to architectural decisions, application modernization initiatives, front-end technology standards, and AI-driven engineering practices. Working closely with architects, engineering managers, product teams, and developers, you will help shape the future technical direction of a large-scale enterprise solution while ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, maintainability, and developer productivity.</p><h3><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Contribute to the definition and evolution of the platform architecture and technical strategy</p></li><li><p>Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance across multiple engineering teams</p></li><li><p>Review solution designs and implementations to ensure architectural consistency and quality</p></li><li><p>Identify technical debt and support long-term modernization initiatives</p></li><li><p>Lead front-end engineering standards using React and TypeScript</p></li><li><p>Define reusable UI patterns, component strategies, and development best practices</p></li><li><p>Support the modernization of existing applications towards modular and cloud-native architectures</p></li><li><p>Contribute to containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes</p></li><li><p>Champion AI-assisted software development practices and developer productivity improvements</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation of AI-related services, integrations, and engineering workflows</p></li><li><p>Promote engineering excellence through automation, quality standards, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)</p></li><li><p>Mentor engineers, supporting their technical growth and development</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align technical initiatives with business objectives</p></li><li><p>Participate in technical interviews and recruitment activities</p></li><li><p>Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability within the product ecosystem</p></li></ul>
