Overview We are hiring a Sr. Salesforce Developer to lead major initiatives within a complex enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with technical leadership and mentorship responsibilities. This is not just a coding role — it requires ownership of projects, architectural awareness, and the ability to guide other developers in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of Salesforce projects across Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning Architect and implement complex Apex-based solutions Design and oversee real-time and batch integration patterns Guide ETL processes and data transformation strategies Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Support production systems and ensure high operational reliability Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs Required Qualifications 6–10+ years of Salesforce development experience Advanced Apex expertise (async processing, performance optimization, scalable design) Deep hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning Strong integration architecture experience ETL and data transformation understanding Experience working in enterprise, high-data-volume environments Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred Ideal Candidate Traits Leadership mindset Architect-level thinking without full-time architect title Strong communicator across technical and business teams Solution-oriented and accountable
