We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Category Management & Sourcing Analyst to support procurement and sourcing activities. This role assists with supplier analysis, sourcing events, reporting, and contract administration to help drive operational efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities: Analyze spend data, supplier metrics, and market trends Prepare procurement reports and dashboards Assist with RFQs, RFPs, and bid packages Maintain contract records and process amendments Support supplier communications and compliance documentation Identify opportunities to improve data management and reporting Escalate complex issues to leadership as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience Strong Excel and analytical skills Experience with ERP systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills eSourcing tool experience preferred CPSM or CIPS certification (or working toward) preferred Work Environment Office-based role with 4 days onsite and 1 remote Occasional overtime or weekend support may be required Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
