Protocol Education is working with a Gateshead primary school to recruit an ECT for a full-time KS2 teaching role starting September 2026.

About the role:

You’ll be teaching within KS2, with full support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

What your role will involve:

• Planning and delivering engaging KS2 lessons
• Supporting pupils’ academic progress and confidence
• Developing your classroom management skills
• Working closely with experienced staff
• Building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
