Manager of Hospital Accounts Receivables

<p>We are one of New York&#8217;s premier academic health systems comprised of multiple hospitals and more than 100 outpatient ambulatory care sites. </p> <p>Position: Manager of Facility Accounts Receivables<br /> Location: Westchester County, NY &#8211; HYBRID<br /> Salary: $85,000.00 &#8211; $110,000.00</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Contributes to the day-to-day operations related to effective and efficient AR management and cash acceleration processes; which may include analysis and trending, creating and delivering training, and assisting with implementation of new workflows<br /> Collaborates with leaders and peers to identify strategies for performance improvement on a monthly and yearly basis<br /> Maximizes cash flow while maintaining and improving internal and external customer relations<br /> Manages associate&#8217;s for account management, communication with insurance providers, collections, adhering to payor guidelines, and daily accounts receivable monitoring for payors who are trending low , and contract analysis<br /> Serves as the resident expert and &#8220;go to&#8221; person for all account receivables, denials, and collection processes</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree required might consider relevant work experience to substitute for degree<br /> A minimum of five (5) years Hospital experience in Accounts Receivables and billing<br /> Team lead or Supervisory prior experience in hospital Accounts Receivable related areas<br /> Great communication and problem solving skills</p>
