We are working with a leading international professional services firm looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst (first line support) to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative IT team supporting a fast-paced, high-performing business environment.
The Role
IT Service Desk Analyst
London based (Chancery Lane)
Hybrid working model with a 60 % office and 40 % remote split
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager
First point (First line) of contact for all IT incidents and service requests

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to staff across the business
Log, manage and resolve incidents via the ITSM system within SLA
Support Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, PC hardware and operating systems
Use Active Directory for user administration tasks
Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams
Manage loan equipment requests
Maintain and contribute to the IT knowledge base
Identify recurring incidents and flag trends to management
What We’re Looking For
ITIL 4 qualified
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience using ITSM ticketing systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Calm under pressure and able to multitask
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, motivated team player with a genuine interest in IT
