From visiting farms and demonstrating machinery to developing new business opportunities, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the region. In return, you’ll benefit from a competitive salary, uncapped commission, a company vehicle, and genuine opportunities to progress your career.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers across your territory</li> <li>Proactively generate new business through farm visits, outbound activity, and online enquiries</li> <li>Deliver engaging, confident demonstrations of machinery and equipment</li> <li>Provide a high level of customer service, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs</li> <li>Assess, value, and sell used equipment, completing detailed reports both on-site and at depot locations</li> <li>Prepare accurate, commercially sound quotations and manage the full sales process</li> <li>Take ownership of your performance, consistently aiming to exceed targets across machinery and warranty sales</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>A background in, or strong understanding of, the agricultural industry</li> <li>Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential</li> <li>A motivated, self-starting approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service</li> <li>Confidence in presenting products and building lasting client relationships</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li> </ul> <p>If you’re ready to turn your passion for agriculture into a rewarding, high-earning sales career, we’d love to hear from you.
