<p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong><br />
Due to ongoing expansion, they ar hiring for a German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You’ll work on recruitment assignments across Europe, primarily in Germany and Switzerland, focusing on the Technology and Life Sciences sectors.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle</li>
<li>Source and select candidates via LinkedIn, social media, CRM, and job boards</li>
<li>Build and maintain client relationships in the DACH region</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs</li>
<li>Screen and qualify candidates via phone interviews</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate interviews</li>
<li>Post job ads and manage your professional presence on LinkedIn</li>
<li>Travel to Europe (mainly DACH) for client meetings and networking</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fluent in German and English</li>
<li>Ideally educated to University degree (any discipline) level</li>
<li>Previous recruitment experience - any sector</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Ambitious, competitive, and driven by success</li>
<li>Strong knowledge or interest in European/DACH business culture</li>
<li>Willing to travel to Germany or Switzerland every few weeks</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Base Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)</li>
<li>Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000 - £100,000</li>
