About the Role
Our client is seeking a Development Manager to join its growing commercial real estate team in the Phoenix area. This role is responsible for managing multiple development projects from early-stage due diligence and entitlement through construction and project completion. The successful candidate will collaborate with consultants, contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders while helping drive projects forward on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of commercial real estate development experience and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and motivated to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting where they can make a meaningful impact across a variety of development projects
