About the Role
Employee Benefits Specialist job opportunity within a specialist corporate advisory team, supporting workplace pensions, payroll and employee benefits clients. This is a niche and technically focused role suited to someone who enjoys structured client servicing, compliance and working closely with advisers on corporate schemes.
The Employee Benefits Specialist will work with a defined portfolio of corporate clients, supporting their automatic enrolment, workplace pensions, employee benefits and group protection arrangements. The role involves acting as a key point of contact for clients, liaising with payroll and pension providers, and working closely with IFAs to ensure schemes are maintained and compliant.
This position sits within a dedicated corporate servicing function and focuses on ongoing technical support rather than advice or sales. Clients are typically engaged at key points during the year, particularly around auto enrolment duties, scheme changes or reviews, with the Employee Benefits Specialist coordinating activity between clients, providers and advisers.
This role offers a blend of technical employee benefits work and direct client interaction, making it ideal for someone who wants exposure to corporate clients without moving into an advisory position. Hybrid working is available, providing a balance between office based collaboration and home working.
