About the Role

As the Program Manager | Quote to Cash Transformation at Epicor, you will be the driving force behind large‑scale initiatives that streamline, modernize, and elevate our Quote‑to‑Cash (QtC) ecosystem. You will turn complex challenges into structured, achievable roadmaps—leading cross‑functional teams, modernizing Salesforce and CPQ processes, and shaping operational efficiency for the future. You will guide teams through meaningful change, influence at all levels including the C‑suite, and deliver measurable impact across revenue execution, operational scalability, and customer experience. What you will be doing Lead cross‑functional Quote‑to‑Cash transformation programs spanning quoting, pricing, contract management, order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Drive full lifecycle program delivery, including strategy definition, roadmap creation, execution oversight, risk management, and progress reporting to senior leadership. Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to define business requirements and translate them into actionable plans for Salesforce, CPQ, billing, and financial systems. Design scalable, efficient QtC processes by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and control risks across end‑to‑end workflows. Collaborate with Salesforce application owners and architects to refine and optimize Salesforce‑based tools and adjacent systems. Lead executive‑level communication on program status, risks, dependencies, budget, and business impact. Drive change management, ensuring adoption across teams and engaging effectively with groups hesitant or reluctant to change. What you will likely bring 5+ years leading complex business or operational transformation programs. Strong project and program management background with proven delivery results. Experience in IT, software environments, or systems‑driven transformation work. Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar). Background in financial operations, billing, invoicing, or revenue recognition processes. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally across Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence VP‑ and C‑level audiences. Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive structure where needed.
