Production Supervisor. £32k - £38k Neg / DOE.

A new role due to growth - we are looking for a Production Supervisor to support both production and the wider business. You will manage employees as required and work closely with the management team to ensure delivery and help drive continuous improvement. Ideal previous experience can include: machining / CNC / wood / joinery / metal working / paint production / finishing environments.

The role is days, Monday to Friday with overtime / incentivisation available. As well as production you will be involved with: quality; maintenance planning; organising in-house and external training and continuous improvement.
