Find out more Be one of our Future Second Officers Your hard work and dedication has paid off and you’ve achieved your Frozen ATPL. Our Future Second Officer Programme is about supporting you in taking the next step in your flying career. Once complete, you will join a fully funded type-rating course as a Second Officer on one of our Airbus or Boeing jets. In preparation for that moment, we will immerse you in learning new skills and building relationships. You will meet colleagues from across the organisation to help you discover how our operational, head-office, in-flight and airport colleagues Work as One Team.
