Our client, a leading provider of high-quality complex care services, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team supporting a packahe in Tiverton.

Benefits:

Pay: £12.82 per hour (weekdays) | £13.03 per hour (weekends)

· Plus :Holiday pay, sick pay, pension & mileage (30p per mile)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised care tailored to individual needs
• Assist with daily living activities (e.g., personal hygiene, medication administration, mobility)
• Monitor service users' health and well-being, reporting any changes
• Build strong relationships with service users and their families
• Adhere to all relevant care standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Previous healthcare experience (any setting)
• Ideal: Experience in complex care (training provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Driving license and own transport
