About the Role
Right Now Group are partnering with a local freight forwarder in Feltham to recruit an experienced AOG Operator for their express team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AOG operations, with experience in exporting and importing aircraft parts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team in a dynamic and supportive work environment. Location: Feltham Hours: 4 on 4 off (07:00 - 19:00) Salary: £34,000-£40,000 Key Duties: Coordinate and arrange shipments to meet customer requirements. Respond to emails and manage collections and deliveries efficiently. Prepare shipping documents (MAWB/HAWB) while ensuring compliance with UK HMRC regulations. Monitor live AOG updates, adapting swiftly to customer needs. Processing customs inline with HMRC regulations Build long term relationship able to manage a large AOG account Liaise with approved suppliers and handling agents to ensure smooth operations. Assist with costings, quotations, and invoice preparation as needed. Oversee multiple shared inboxes, addressing queries in a timely manner. Provide support for import operations Processing T1s Skills Required: Experience using Boxtop and ASM Previous exposure managing Air Export AND Import shipments from beginning to end Exceptional communication and relationship building skills Previous exposure exporting Aircraft Parts Full 5 year referenceable history & DBS required
