Als Teil des Teams Arbeitsrecht und somit als Teil des Personalbereichs unterstützen Sie die Unternehmensleitung und die gesamte Heidelberg-Gruppe in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen. Ihre Aufgaben: Selbständige Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von individual- und kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Sachverhalten Verhandlung von kollektivrechtlichen Sachverhalten im Konzernumfeld Praxisorientierte und proaktive Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen und Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von arbeitsrechtlichen Maßnahmen Projektleitung/-zusammenarbeit auf Konzern- und Abteilungsebene Erstellen und Anpassen von Dokumentenvorlagen für Arbeitsverträge und weiterer Personaldokumente unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Gesetzesänderungen sowie der Entwicklung der Rechtsprechung Zusammenarbeit mit den Arbeitnehmervertretungen, inklusive der Erstellung kollektivrechtlicher Vereinbarungen, in Absprache mit der Personalleitung Mitarbeit auf fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten bei projektbezogenen Themen Unsere Anforderungen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches oder wirtschaftsjuristisches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt im Arbeitsrecht Fundierte Kenntnisse im Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrungen im Arbeitsrecht Operatives Verständnis für HR-Prozesse in einem Konzernumfeld Idealerweise Erfahrung im operativen HR-Umfeld Gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und analytisches Denkvermögen Sicheres Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in andere Supportsysteme einzuarbeiten Unser Angebot: Sie arbeiten in einem modernen und internationalen Umfeld in einem kooperativen Team Sie gestalten Ihre Arbeitszeit flexibel unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Belange Sie erhalten eine attraktive leistungsgerechte Vergütung sowie eine betriebliche Altersversorgung Wir bieten Ihnen individuelle Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten entlang Ihres Tätigkeitsfeldes Why work for HEIDELBERG?
